Your Objective: Lead the development of complete executive projects, ensuring technical integration, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets. What Do You Need for This Position? Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Mandatory: Valid Professional Degree and Professional License. Experience: Minimum 5 years in design, senior drafting, or project design roles. Location: Must reside in Morelia with availability to travel. Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Your Main Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design premium residential projects ($800$ to $1,200 m2). Create high-quality renders, models, and virtual walkthroughs. Coordinate and supervise engineering disciplines (plumbing, electrical, gas, etc.). Conduct anthropometric analysis, design risk assessment, and on-site technical supervision. What Do We Value? Experience in luxury finishings, carpentry, and fenestration design. Ability to analyze budgets to minimize economic impacts. Location: Morelia, Michoacán.
