Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Paramedic with expertise in pre-hospital care, management of medical and traumatic emergencies, and oversight of on-site emergency plans to join our team. Join an innovation-oriented culture as a: Paramedic TUM or equivalent with University-Level Higher Education · Experience: 3 years as a paramedic (TUM or equivalent) · Key Responsibilities: Respond to incidents requiring first aid, document evidence of such incidents, and report them to the site physician and the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) responsible person. Identify, assess, and intervene in medical emergencies to safeguard life and prevent subsequent injuries. Complete pre-hospital care documentation forms. Identify and manage trauma-related conditions (e.g., hemorrhages, shock, soft tissue injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, head and spinal injuries). Identify and manage medical-clinical conditions (e.g., respiratory, cardiovascular, diabetic, allergic, environmental, obstetric, behavioral emergencies, and poisoning). Transport and hand over patients to the nearest healthcare facility. Oversee on-site emergency plans, identifying potential safety, occupational health, and environmental emergencies in coordination with the medical services department and the site OHSE responsible person. Maintain inventory control of the first-aid kit and field instruments or accessories required for emergency response. Develop and update the on-site emergency plan. Train and drill emergency response teams, and keep the emergency team communication board updated. Conduct site walkthroughs to identify critical routes within the project in coordination with emergency team representatives. Perform joint walkthroughs with Grupo Chufani and contractor emergency response team members. Establish emergency stations and verify their equipment. Required Knowledge: Understanding of organizational structure, documentation systems for safety, occupational health, and environment, and their implementation. Valid Basic Life Support certification (CPR and AED), valid for 2 years. Experience developing and delivering training courses in health/medicine and emergency response, including first aid, emergency management, minor surgery, etc. · We Offer: $18,000 tax-free monthly salary.
