Must be a resident of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. Job Description: Coordinate electrical and mechanical installations for equipment, equipment testing and commissioning, building and factory equipment installation, etc. Medium- and high-voltage systems. Industrial electrical and electromechanical, hydrosanitary, HVAC, and special installations. Experience in vertical and hotel projects. What will you do? Supervise electrical and mechanical installations for equipment, equipment testing and commissioning. Material quantification. Conduct field surveys. Protection systems for transformers, power lines, substations, and high-voltage generation. Supervision of contractors (electrical, hydrosanitary, hydraulic, mechanical). Review of construction budgets and generators. Review of engineering documents (drawings). Participate in site regulation activities. Track project schedule. Execute photographic reports, risk matrices, and delivery-reception letters. · What are the requirements? Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, or MEP Engineer. Mandatory experience in vertical projects — at least 3–5 years. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in COMPLETE VERTICAL, RESIDENTIAL, OR HOTEL PROJECTS.
