Maintenance Assistant - Full-time Shift

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment, supervise common areas, and report anomalies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities. 2. Assist in the maintenance of air conditioning equipment. 3. Supervise the condition of common areas and furniture. Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineer; or intern; or incomplete degree -Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and sanitary installations. -Inspect and repair lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting systems. -Assist in the maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation equipment. -Supervise the condition of floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture in common areas. -Conduct routine inspections to detect failures, leaks, or unsafe conditions. -Report damages or anomalies to the immediate supervisor. -Control the use of assigned tools and materials.
