Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced maintenance technician skilled in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, to support various operational areas. Key Highlights: 1. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance 2. Coordinate repairs for plumbing and electrical systems 3. Installation and repair of air conditioning systems RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Coordinate repairs and inspections for plumbing and electrical systems. Installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. General support to various departments as required by operational needs. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks Experience in general maintenance. Knowledge of metalworking, painting, plumbing, and electricity. Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
