Join an on-site team Environmental Assistant Guadalajara, Jalisco Tierra y Armonía At Tierra y Armonía, we are seeking an Environmental Assistant to join our on-site team and support compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Requirements: Experience in vertical construction. 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position. Education in Paramedicine, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Responsibilities: Review risk assessments prior to commencement of work. Supervise proper intervention by piecework personnel according to the plan established in the authorized form (Area Release Request). Control the quality of completed work. Verify compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations before and during construction. Ensure personnel have and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) (e.g., helmets, gloves, etc.). Maintain PPE inventory per contractor. Implement cleaning campaigns in common areas. Define traffic flow routes for trucks and pedestrians within the construction site. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We Offer: Monthly gross salary of $18,000. Indefinite-term employment contract. Statutory benefits.
