Position Summary: We are seeking a Cutting and Die-Cutting Supervisor to lead operations, ensure quality and efficiency, and optimize manufacturing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Interdepartmental collaboration for operational continuity We seek a Cutting and Die-Cutting Supervisor with experience in manufacturing processes to lead area operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with production standards. The role will be responsible for coordinating the operational team, optimizing processes, and ensuring proper use of machinery and materials. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily activities in the cutting and die-cutting area. Coordinate and lead operational staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Ensure timely and on-spec completion of production schedules. Verify product quality against technical specifications. Implement process improvements to optimize cycle times and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations. Perform basic equipment maintenance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities. Collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality, production) to ensure operational continuity. Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical degree. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in cutting, die-cutting, or similar manufacturing areas. Knowledge of cutting and die-cutting machinery operation.
