**POSITION: Projects Coordinator** **Location: Queretaro, Qro. and/or Leon, Guanajuato** **Work Mode: On-site, Monday to Friday** **Required Profile** * Civil Engineer or Architect * Conversational English proficiency (80%) (mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial warehouse construction across all phases: Foundation, Structure, Roofing, Cladding, MEP Installations, Finishes, and Client Handover. * Experience in direct client interaction. * Experience in roles such as: Project Leader, Projects Coordinator, Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar, within industrial construction firms or general contractors. * Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Project proficiency **Objective:** Ensure the proper execution of industrial warehouse construction projects in accordance with company policies, quality standards, and budget constraints, managing each phase from inception through to client handover. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure industrial warehouse construction across all phases. * Develop and monitor the construction schedule, purchase orders, change orders, cost comparisons, and estimates. * Coordinate daily activities with contractors and site supervisors. * Track physical and financial progress of assigned projects. * Conduct periodic site visits to verify compliance with execution schedules and quality standards. * Review and monitor budgets, drawings, and technical documentation. * Supervise correct execution of works per design, validate progress, and report deviations. * Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and weekly reports. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * 12 days of vacation * Vacation bonus: 25% * Year-end bonus: 30 days' salary * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers * Gasoline vouchers * Annual productivity and profit-sharing bonus **If you meet the profile, apply through this channel.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
