Position Summary: Responsible for supervising the daily execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols, while coordinating teams and resources. CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT Grupo Guerrero Contreras, a leading construction company, seeks a professional responsible for supervising and executing construction projects on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols; acting as the key liaison between the management office and on-site personnel; and coordinating staff and resources to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities • Overall Supervision: Lead and organize all construction site activities, from planning through to handover. • Schedule and Budget Management: Ensure the project progresses as planned and within allocated costs, optimizing resources (labor, materials, equipment). • Quality Control: Guarantee that work complies with required technical standards and specifications. • Occupational Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and worker protection. • Coordination: Act as the point of contact among engineers, architects, suppliers, and site personnel. • Leadership and Problem Solving: Direct teams, make on-site decisions, and prevent or resolve contingencies to avoid delays or cost overruns. • Reporting: Communicate progress and issues to project management and other stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring effective (goal achievement) and efficient (optimal resource utilization) project execution, representing the construction company in day-to-day project operations. A proactive attitude and the ability to make swift, effective decisions are required. Candidates must be organized individuals with leadership and communication skills. Minimum 10 years of verifiable construction experience, including prior roles in similar positions.
