Construction Site Administrator (Construction) Job Summary The Construction Site Administrator is responsible for direct financial, accounting, and administrative management at the project site. Their primary objective is to ensure local cash flow control, accurate validation of supplier obligations, and transparency in expense verification, serving as a key liaison between field operations and central offices. 1. Profile Requirements Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of prior experience in construction project administration or industrial sectors (with focus on on-site cost and expense control). Technical Knowledge and Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate–advanced) for budget control and financial reporting. Experience with accounting platforms or ERPs (construction ERP, SAT, Contpaqi, or similar). Basic knowledge of fiscal regulations for validating tax receipts (CFDI). 2. Main Functions and Responsibilities Financial and Control Management: Invoice validation: Thoroughly review tax receipts from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with current fiscal requirements and correspondence to materials or services received on site. Preparation of financial statements: Develop periodic reports on the site’s financial status, cash flows, and budget variances to support executive decision-making. Petty cash administration: Manage the site’s fixed petty cash fund for minor payments, ensuring accurate recording, secure custody, and timely verification of daily operational expenses. Supplier Relations and Payments: Payment scheduling: Coordinate and schedule payments to suppliers of materials and services for the site, optimizing the project’s authorized cash flow. 3.
