Project Success.  Supervise and monitor the performance of site supervisors and resident engineers.  Ensure projects are executed on time and as planned.  Ensure quality throughout the process and execution of work. Customer Satisfaction and Professional Presentation.  Accompany the customer throughout the project lifecycle.  Conduct post-construction follow-up for each project.  Enhance customer satisfaction through surveys.  Promote continuous improvement based on feedback. Planning and Efficient Resource Utilization.  Design and manage the budget for each project.  Optimize costs without compromising quality and/or customer expectations.  Exercise financial control and monitoring for each project.  Optimize logistics (procurement, suppliers, materials).  Conduct financial-operational analysis and propose profitability improvements.
