Join the Vinte team as: Procurement Assistant. · Job Objective: Support execution processes for the construction of urban housing complex projects. Job Responsibilities: Prepare work orders for missing works or processes not initially considered in the urban housing complex project. Verify contractor work across various construction phases. Prepare purchase requisitions, cost estimates, and material consumption vouchers. Track material procurement, manage requests, and verify deliveries at respective construction phases. Prepare completed homes for handover to the after-sales department. Support logistics for INFONAVIT site visits and inspections to align construction processes. Support compliance with civil protection, safety, and hygiene regulations on-site, as well as all requirements stipulated by relevant authorities. Conduct weekly site inspections to monitor process progress.
