Job Objective Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective procurement of required raw materials for operations, guaranteeing quality, delivery schedules, and budget compliance. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. Experience 2–3 years of experience in spare parts procurement (mandatory in industrial/manufacturing sector). Negotiation with domestic suppliers. Supplier evaluation and development. Purchase order and delivery tracking. Inventory control and consumption analysis. Technical Knowledge End-to-end procurement process (requisition – quotation – negotiation – purchase order – follow-up). Cost analysis and comparative evaluations. ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Performance indicators (savings, inventory turnover, on-time delivery, etc.).
