Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in construction execution, site supervision, cost control, and budgeting to support the preparation, monitoring, and tracking of construction projects. We seek a Civil Engineer experienced both in construction execution and site supervision as well as in cost and budgeting areas, capable of supporting the preparation, control, and monitoring of construction projects. Key responsibilities include generating construction quantities, preparing budgets, analyzing unit prices, controlling costs, and assisting with fieldwork supervision—contributing to proper technical and financial project monitoring. The ideal candidate must possess the following knowledge and experience: Interpretation of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Preparation of: Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Item catalogs. Construction budgets. Unit Price Analysis (UPA). Cost estimation and cost control. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in: Excel (pivot tables, formulas, databases, and report generation). OPUS (budgeting, unit price analysis, resource breakdown, and construction control). Knowledge of construction materials, construction processes, and labor productivity.
