Main Responsibilities: Data entry and updating in databases. Preparation and control of Excel reports. Organization and control of administrative information. Preparation and control of employment contracts and personnel files. Support in administrative processes and document control. Billing Monitoring of internal indicators and reports. Requirements: Education: Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). Database management skills. Basic knowledge of employment and administrative documentation. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility.
