Manages project collections and invoicing. 2. Controls resource flow and budgets for construction projects. 3. Coordinates payments to suppliers and staff, and prepares financial reports. Job Duties • Administer and monitor customer collections in a timely and accurate manner. • Supervise invoicing and ensure its proper integration into each project. • Monitor resource flow for ongoing construction projects. • Coordinate payments to suppliers, contractors, and personnel involved in the project. • Prepare periodic financial reports for senior management. • Review and monitor budgets. • Identify cost variances and propose solutions. • Maintain financial communication with clients and suppliers. • Maintain digital and physical accounting document archives. • Record income, expenses, operational costs, and supporting documentation.
