Support in technical demonstrations and equipment presentations to customers HP Indigo Press Operator A company in the graphic arts and digital printing industry is seeking an **HP Indigo Press Operator** to join its Business Center and Digital Solutions department. We seek a candidate with hands-on experience operating HP Indigo presses, a technical mindset, and the ability to resolve incidents in real time. Requirements **Education:** Technical diploma, completed high school, or incomplete bachelor’s degree **Essential experience:** * Operation of HP Indigo presses (any series) * Basic DFE server handling * Level 1 and 2 maintenance routines * Replacement of consumables and spare parts * Use of color management tools * Knowledge of substrates and their behavior on press * Use of press software * Basic English Technical knowledge and skills * Identification of common issues: streaks, spots, insufficient density, noise, poor adhesion * Reading error codes * Adjustment of parameters: color, registration, profiles * Adjustment of densities and curves * Visual and technical inspection: banding, ghosting, misalignment, pixelation * Use of basic hand tools * Disassembly and reassembly of removable components Main responsibilities * Printing various job types across different scenarios * Performing maintenance and calibration routines * Replacing consumables * Resolving operational issues via the user interface * Creating support cases in CRM * Supporting technical demonstrations at the Experience Center and trade shows * Delivering technical equipment presentations to customers * Managing inventory of tools and consumables * Maintaining workplace order and cleanliness Competencies * Responsibility and discipline * Proactive attitude * Ability to work under pressure * Effective communication * Teamwork * Commitment to continuous learning We offer * Monthly salary of **$15,000 to $18,000 MXN** * Statutory benefits * Direct hiring * Job stability Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
