Active participation in the daily operation of the digital business. **Job Description:** We are looking for a general e-commerce assistant responsible for supporting the operational and commercial management of the company's various digital channels, ensuring proper order flow, inventory control, customer service, and sales tracking on marketplaces. The person in this position will actively participate in the day-to-day e-commerce operations, gaining an integrated understanding of the digital business—ranging from shipping logistics to customer service and commercial execution on sales platforms. This position is designed as a professional development path within e-commerce, enabling the employee to acquire both operational and commercial experience with the goal of progressing later into roles related to digital marketing and sales growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage order preparation and dispatch from the company's various digital channels, ensuring correct order validation and generation of shipping labels according to operational standards. * Coordinate shipments with logistics providers and courier services, guaranteeing timely dispatch of goods and adherence to delivery timelines. * Track orders from dispatch through final delivery to customers, addressing incidents, complaints, returns, or order errors. * Manage inventory, goods receipt, storage, and labeling, maintaining warehouse organization and control. * Prepare goods for shipment to e-commerce platform fulfillment centers. * Manage customer service on marketplaces and digital channels, resolving inquiries, tracking orders, and handling post-sales processes. * Support commercial operations on platforms such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. * Collaborate in implementing promotions, commercial campaigns, or sales initiatives defined by the marketing department. * Prepare operational reports on orders, shipments, deliveries, and logistics incidents. * Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities.
