This position is not merely administrative; it is an **Organizational Engineering** role designed for a professional seeking to make an impact through process creation, legal protection of the company, and management of a high-performance culture. **Objective of the Role** Lead the Human Capital department’s transition toward an indicator-based management model, ensuring internal equity, strict regulatory compliance (NOM\-035, LFT, IMSS), and optimization of operational costs arising from turnover and payroll. **Critical Responsibilities** * **Governance and Processes:** Develop, supervise, and implement procedural manuals (Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, and Loss Prevention). * **Labor Protection:** Manage labor relations and employee separations with a preventive approach to reduce litigation rates. Handle STPS and IMSS inspections. * **Payroll Control:** Conduct random and preventive audits of payroll processing in the **Microsip** system, performing variance analysis to eliminate errors or leakage. * **Culture Development:** Implement NOM\-035, conduct workplace climate assessments, and design action plans to improve talent retention within the first year. * **Indicator Management (KPIs):** Monitor and report monthly on: Turnover Rate, Time-to-Hire, Litigation Cost, and Training Compliance. **Surgical Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree in administrative fields is desirable. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in HR coordination roles; prior experience in the **Retail or Distribution** sector (managing operational and commercial workforces) is mandatory. * **Hard Skills:** In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, social security regulations, and proficiency in **Microsip** (highly desirable). * **Soft Skills:** Leadership ability, assertiveness in conflict resolution, systemic thinking, and results orientation. **Compensation and Benefits Package** * **Monthly Salary:** $47,000\.00 Gross. * **Legal Protection:** IMSS registration at 100% actual salary. * **Savings Fund:** $1,067\.52 weekly (1\.3 UMAs). * **Grocery Vouchers:** $3,566\.00 monthly. * **Thirteenth Salary (Aguinaldo):** Initial 15 days (with annual progressive increase). * **Vacation Bonus:** 35%. * **Bonuses:** Annual bonus tied to institutional performance targets.
