Join our UIN 2030 DNA! **We are looking for the following profile:** Student Experience Advisor (Institutional Events) Requirements **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Public Relations, Business Administration, Nutrition, or related fields to institutional event development and community promotion. Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media, and basic design platforms such as Canva). Vendor and material resource management. Report preparation and tracking of participation indicators. **Experience:** 6 months in a similar position. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in organizing, logistics, and executing institutional, educational, corporate, or promotional events. **Responsibilities:** Manage operational logistics of events, including coordination of venues, materials, vendors, activity schedules, and execute tasks during events, including event hosting. Collaborate with various internal departments (academic, administrative, communication, etc.) to ensure proper event execution. Promote student participation through communication and engagement strategies on social media, creating videos of site visits to be shared on UIN stories, posters, and direct outreach. Supervise on-site event execution, ensuring program adherence, attendee support, and resolution of unexpected issues. Prepare post-event reports, including participation metrics, photographic evidence, and improvement proposals for future activities. **We offer:** Base salary and educational scholarships. Statutory benefits. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hours. Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00 hours. This schedule is flexible and may be adjusted according to operational needs and activity planning at each campus.
