**INDE México** is seeking to add a **Condominium Managers Coordinator** to its team, focused on efficient operations and the creation of orderly, functional communities. **We are looking for a candidate with strong operational leadership**, conflict resolution skills, and a high commitment to compliance. ***Position Objective*** Ensure optimal functioning of residential developments through efficient management of condominium administrators, guaranteeing a harmonious environment for residents, operational control, conflict resolution, and administrative compliance. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and lead condominium managers, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Strategically manage and resolve community conflicts, achieving sustainable agreements among residents, administrators, and service providers. * Coordinate relationships with authorities, agencies, and government entities, including services with SIAPA and CFE. * Monitor and ensure proper administrative and financial operation of condominiums. * Promote neighborly coexistence by implementing community organization and participation processes. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with established regulations and procedures. * Make strategic decisions aimed at operational efficiency and resource optimization. ***Requirements*** * Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in administrative or social fields. * **Minimum of 4 years of verifiable experience in condominium management.** * Solid experience in conflict resolution and supervision of operational staff. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Knowledge of condominium management platforms, preferably Condovive. * Strong decision-making skills and effective communication with residents and work teams. * **Fully operationally oriented with consistent field presence.** ***Key Competencies*** * Operational leadership * Effective conflict resolution * Negotiation and handling of critical situations * Organization, analysis, and process follow-up * Honesty and transparency * High proactivity and results orientation * Passion for fieldwork and direct interaction with people ***We Offer*** * Competitive monthly salary of $25,000 net * Job stability within a solid, growing company in the real estate sector * Opportunities for professional development and advancement in residential operations If you meet the profile and are seeking an operational leadership role with direct impact on community quality of life, apply now.
