Focused on: Education, community development, citizen participation, social well-being. **Type of employment:** Salaried position. **Language: Zapotec** **Position objective:** Responsible for providing assistance to populations affected after a disaster (natural or human), through proper coordination with various actors in the area (children, adolescents, adults, local authorities, etc.), strengthening community capacities and individual well-being according to national context. **Experience:** * Experience working with children and families. * Development of content for educational workshops. * Delivery of educational sessions and workshops. * Work oriented toward goals and results. **Functions:** Identify and formulate the implementation of projects for children and adolescents on the move. Record and manage information about the children they work with directly. Establish timely and effective communication channels with their hierarchical superiors. Actively participate in reflection, planning, and coordination meetings. Develop strategies to obtain evidence of participation from the target population. Keep fieldwork data updated. Possess the appropriate qualities, experience, knowledge, and skills to work within the target community or with the target population. Be responsible for building and improving relationships with the community and its partners as part of the job function. Interest in working with children and promoting child participation. **Activities:** Deliver workshops for children and their families. Produce reports on findings and outcomes. Prepare work materials. Be responsible for facilitating change within the community. Plan, organize, and lead innovatively and creatively the activities and workshops outlined in the program description under their responsibility.
