Social Sciences \- Humanities 2 months ago 7 Years of Experience ### **Description** At Totum Talent, we are looking for a Social Projects Manager whose objective is to lead the institution's ESG strategy, ensuring that its operations, programs, and institutional relationships reflect a commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and good governance practices. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and implement the organization's social responsibility and community engagement strategy, aligned with its purpose and impact pillars. * Coordinate social programs, volunteer initiatives, and community activities that improve quality of life in areas such as education, social development, culture, and the environment. * Represent the institution before nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and key stakeholder groups, strengthening relationships and strategic alliances. * Evaluate funding support requests, manage the approval process, and oversee the use and reporting of granted funds. * Plan and supervise community events and outreach activities that promote the foundation's image and social commitment. * Establish social impact indicators, monitor results, and drive continuous improvement of programs and community relationships. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Social Sciences, Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Administration, or related areas. * Minimum of **7 years** of experience working with social, community, civil associations, or foundations. * Experience in the design, management, and execution of social projects. * Leadership skills, project management, negotiation, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. * Sensitivity towards social causes and experience working in civil society organizations.
