We invite you to learn more about us, our operations, and our exciting plans for the future. **Experience and knowledge required:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, law, psychology, anthropology, sociology, or related field. * 1 year of experience in community engagement. * 1 year of experience implementing social management initiatives. * Desired experience in managing and implementing government-promoted development programs. * Desired experience in community relations activities at other mining sites. * Skills in collecting sociodemographic data. * Ability to identify and analyze social stakeholders. * Skills in drafting meeting minutes, official records, and correspondence. * Strong verbal communication skills.
