




Involves performing the necessary tasks to provide Human Resources services within a specific department or geographic area. Plans, communicates, implements, and monitors activities to ensure maximum efficiency, profitability, and compliance with corporate philosophy and general policy procedures. Higher levels of these positions may: * Handle escalated or more complex issues, * Coordinate team or agency-contracted staff activities, * Support supervisor or manager activities, * Support the design, review, and implementation of processes and procedures. **Position Overview:** With limited supervision, performs the following activities: * Helps deter unionization through effective employee relations skills and assists management in maintaining effective communication lines. * Ensures delivery of compensation and benefits programs according to company policies and procedures. * Assists management in the recruitment process for exempt and non\-exempt employees and in the administration of Human Resources paperwork. * Ensures that Human Resources management policies, programs, and procedures for compensation, benefits, and organizational planning are communicated and administered. * Ensures delivery of corporate policies, practices, and programs in an assigned area by identifying underutilization and potential problems; establishes community recruitment resources; investigates and resolves complaints and represents the company in investigative proceedings. * Provides consultation to management on a full range of Human Resources programs including disciplinary actions and performance improvement; supervises and advises line management/staff on safety issues and violations. * Investigates internal complaints, recommends courses of action, and ensures appropriate follow\-up in accordance with the corporate "Guaranteed Fair Treatment" policy. * Administers the annual employee attitude survey, communicates results to management, and assists management in resolving identified problem areas. * Analyzes and prepares statistical reports on significant trends in Human Resources related activities and on data required for information reporting management, etc. * Ensures that job offers and all transfer and promotion activities comply with established corporate policy. * Serves as a Human Resources advisor/consultant on Human Resources policy matters related to the GFTP Review Committee and assists in safety activities as needed. * May be required to perform other assigned duties **Minimum Requirements:** **Minimum Education Level:** * Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent. * Proficiency in English (600 TOEIC score). **Minimum Experience:** * Four (4\) years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas with demonstrated knowledge in most areas: recruitment, compensation administration, benefits administration, labor relations, training and development, and safety. **Minimum Required Skills:** * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Judgment and decision\-making skills * Presentation skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * Influencing and persuasion skills FedEx personnel require you to attach the following to your application: * Updated resume * Letter of intent * TOEIC result with a minimum score of 600 points valid for no more than two years.
