Responsibilities: * Designs material workflow throughout the manufacturing plant and plans machinery and equipment selection and implementation. * Designs, standardizes, implements, and monitors process capability analysis for all manufacturing areas. * Designs workstations and procedures to ergonomically protect direct operators. * Establishes standards and ensures accurate calculation of production time for production processes. * Calculates processing time, defines cycle times, and balances operations to ensure fulfillment of customer demand. * Analyzes information flow in the process to improve communication and responsiveness to changes in business requirements. * Supports all industrial engineering activities for NPI processes. * Defines and implements all necessary industrial engineering procedures and standards as best practices, as required. Qualifications: * Completed degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience working in world-class manufacturing facilities as an industrial engineer or equivalent. * English: Advanced * Green Belt certification is a plus. * Experience in production, materials, and scheduling is a plus. * Knowledge of Oracle / JD Edwards. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools. * Proficiency in Office software.
