Position: Foreign Language Center Coordinator **Main Responsibilities:** Provide information to students and the general public, in person or by phone. Process student registrations and payment tracking. Publish registration calendars and send course invitations for language courses. Prepare income/expenses reports and submit them to the Rector's office. Administer English exams (graduation, placement) and issue certificates. Create class schedules and coordinate teacher hiring/assignment. Design strategies to achieve departmental objectives. Issue student IDs and study certificates. Design and request promotional materials. Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate internal and external communications. Manage material orders with suppliers/publishers. Support the International Relations Office in promoting programs. Other duties assigned by management. **Requirements:** Experience in academic and/or administrative management (preferably in languages). Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with students. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
