




SOCIAL BALANCE 1. Manage community participation activities in social cause events to promote community and sector engagement. 2. Implement volunteer programs that promote environmental and sustainable well-being. 3. Foster shared-value partnerships and build relationships that support community development. 4. Implement the Cooperative Education System (SEDUCOOP) at branches and plaza offices with members, leaders, staff, underage savers, and the general public. SICADI 7. Implement the leadership training system at COPROSU and CAP and carry out the respective evaluations. SERVICE PROMOTION 8. Inform target audiences about the competitive advantages of using cooperative products and services to increase new membership. 9. Promote reactivation of accounts belonging to members and underage savers at the branch. 1. Apply regulatory provisions and institutional administrative tools (manuals, policies, procedures, formats, instructions) related to their management scope. 2. Participate in work meetings convened by the supervisor to address specific issues, develop work plans, and evaluate progress. 3. Attend and participate in training and development events organized by the Human Resources department to improve job performance and strengthen personal and professional growth. 4. Comply with disciplinary, safety, and hygiene regulations established in the internal work rules and benefits policy. 5. Adhere to the institutional code of ethics in the performance of duties. 6. Participate in executing tasks related to business continuity programs established by the responsible department. 7. Perform all other job-related functions assigned by the immediate supervisor.
