Collections Agent Collections Agent Objective: Manage assigned collections to reduce or eliminate overdue accounts. Resolve issues such as claims, restructures, extensions, dations, etc., until the account becomes current. Negotiate and collect late payment interest generated or to be generated. Activities:* Recover overdue payments from customers via telephone and email. Negotiate payment solutions for accounts with overdue balances when the customer cannot pay immediately (e.g., extensions, restructures, payment schedules, or date changes). * Resolve and follow up on claims, reconciliations, and negotiate payment solutions through extensions, restructures, and dations. * For unreachable customers, ensure searches are conducted across all existing systems, including credit bureau information. Update customer information in the system’s header and log. * Make and receive calls, providing internal and external customer service, as well as service to dealerships (DSI and CSI). * Collect late payment interest and apply it in the corresponding system, and reconcile favorable balances. Competencies:* Communication * Customer Service * Creativity and Innovation * Decision Making * Flexibility and Adaptability to Change Knowledge:* Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration or currently pursuing one. * English — Intermediate to Advanced Experience:* Experience in customer service and/or collections via telephone and fieldwork, as well as administrative activities related to credit granting, documentation, or credit recovery.
