Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:30 hrs and Saturdays from 8:30 to 14:00 hrs. ́ Functions: Field collections, client negotiation, payment commitment generation, and account recovery : * High school diploma (desirable). * Own motorcycle or vehicle (mandatory) / Valid license (mandatory). * Experience in early or charged-off account recovery (desirable but not mandatory). * Knowledge of the city / Results-oriented. * Minimum monthly income expectation of $18,000 MXN : * Base salary ($8,364 MXN monthly, paid biweekly) * Training bonus of $300.00 pesos per week (for the first 8 weeks). * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (explained during interview; monthly earnings over $20,000 MXN depending on performance).
