**Administration \& Payroll Technician** ======================================== Location: Gestamp Toluca II, MX, Gestamp To Date: May 27, 2026 **Long Description** --------------------- Objective Accurately and timely calculate earnings and withholdings to ensure legal compliance with obligations toward employees and various government agencies related to the payroll process. Academic Level: Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Administration (preferred); desirable: Accounting Required Experience: * Payroll processing. • Knowledge of SUA (Unified System for Affiliations). • Knowledge of Annual Tax Returns. * Knowledge of state tax calculation and payment. * Knowledge of risk premium determination. * Knowledge and interpretation of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Knowledge of the Income Tax Law (LEY DEL ISR). * Knowledge of FA Administration Management. * Knowledge of PTU (Profit-Sharing) calculation. * Knowledge of the IMSS and INFONAVIT Law. * Knowledge of FONACOT. * Knowledge of personnel administration. * Knowledge of SAP. * Decision-making ability. * Information analysis skills. * Negotiation skills.
