




This person is responsible for continuous improvement within the SEVA division, identifying opportunities for improvement through review of processes and/or systems, and defining and aligning processes. **Quality** · Promotes continuous improvement in CEDIS and Transportation operations; accompanies, guides, and advises the team during implementation. · Guides and coordinates the development of corrective action plans for operational incidents. · Develops specific processes incorporating customer requirements, including procedures and work instructions. · Ensures compliance with safety rules in daily operations. · Ensures adherence to CTPAT and BPA requirements. · Participates in customer audits and CTPAT and BPA certification audits. · Coordinates operating licenses and permits. · Addresses NOM requirements related to Safety and Hygiene. · Monitors pest control and operational controls for waste, chemical, and environmental management. · Supervises the security company to ensure compliance with patrol schedules and preparation of required forms. · Coordinates corrective maintenance. · Participates in the Joint Committee on Safety and Hygiene, as well as in Civil Protection activities. · Promotes continuous improvement in SEVA operations; accompanies, guides, and advises the SEVA team during implementation. · Guides and coordinates the development of corrective action plans for operational incidents using the PDCA methodology and in accordance with LKM’s Quality Manual. · Conducts dissemination and training activities on the use of quality manual tools for continuous improvement (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5W+2H, 5S, Problem-Cause-Countermeasure, Root Cause Elimination). **Processes** · Based on LKM’s processes, develops specific processes incorporating SEVA customer requirements, including procedures and work instructions. · Identifies areas for improvement and submits proposals for current SEVA processes. **Audits** · Collects daily evidence demonstrating compliance with CTPAT and BPA standards in SEVA operations, particularly in the Mexicali and Tijuana warehouses. · Supports the Head of Quality and Organizational Development in customer, CTPAT, BPA, and other audits, as well as in implementing resulting Corrective Action Plans. **Operations** · Coordinates operating licenses and permits required for warehouse openings. · Supports audits and verification of checklists to ensure proper operation (e.g., SEVA operational contracts, leases, services, permits, etc.). Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related bachelor’s degree. Experience in quality management, handling customer complaint cases, and improvement projects. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools / logistics industry.
