**This is a PERMANENT position located at Av. San Miguel de Allende 1415, Ciudad Industrial Irapuato, 36541 Irapuato, Gto., Mexico.** **Shift / Work Schedule: Rotating** **Key Responsibilities** * Perform piece-by-piece loading and unloading of trucks for raw materials and finished products. * Follow and assist colleagues in adhering to safety rules, critical tasks, and procedures. * Implement HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) in all assigned areas. **Minimum Qualifications** * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Must have completed junior high school. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, squatting, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to read and write Spanish fluently. * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, * chemicals, and other hazards may be present, while using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternative shifts, with prior notice.
