Analyst III OPS Country: Mexico **SUPERVISOR FCC SERVICES** **Actividades:** Management of work teams assigned to the analysis of FCC alerts in **rotating day and night shifts**, to achieve established service level indicators (quality and productivity). Compliance with policies, controls, and procedures (local, global, and Sox) related to FCC for the different banks receiving the service. **Requisitos:** **Escolaridad:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration / Engineering completed. **Experiencia:** **Advanced English.** Knowledge of regulations, policies, guidelines, and procedures for Anti-Money Laundering. Experience managing work teams. **Habilidades:** **Intermediate to Advanced Excel.** Customer orientation, leadership, effective communication, experience working with BPM or Workflow tools, good team management and teamwork, analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, adherence to processes and procedures, results-oriented, capable of presenting in management forums and making operational decisions. **Horario Rotativo cada 3 meses: Nocturno: de domingo a jueves de 19:00 a 02:00 hrs.
