A growing company with over 10 years of experience providing specialized solutions to the auto-transportation industry seeks a **Workshop Manager** to lead maintenance, bodywork, and painting operations. We seek a candidate with operational leadership capabilities, results-oriented mindset, and ability to coordinate work teams, optimize processes, and guarantee on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective service delivery. Requirements: * Proven experience in mechanical workshops, maintenance of auto-transportation units, and/or bodywork and painting * Experience managing operational staff * Technical degree (completed or incomplete) * Basic Excel proficiency * Proactivity, leadership, and organizational skills * Decision-making and problem-solving abilities Desirable: * Experience in claims-related processes * Basic English proficiency Main Responsibilities: * Preparation and tracking of quotations * Client visits for technical assessment and evaluation * Supervision of workshop order, cleanliness, and operational control * Ensuring work completion on time and as specified * Evaluation, negotiation, and development of suppliers * Management and contracting of labor when required * Monitoring productivity and process control We Offer: * Statutory benefits * Real opportunity for growth * Active participation in decision-making * Job stability within an expanding group Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: $5,000.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
