Marital status: No preference Education level: Technical degree Job responsibilities: Supervising product placement, replenishment, and counting in the warehouse; issuing reports to staff who fail to comply with inventory policies and operational guidelines. Main responsibilities include: - Organizing, controlling, distributing, and cleaning aisles. - Personnel administration and management (4 people). - Cycle counting. - Restocking racks. - Reporting and non-conformance handling. - Managing warehouse performance indicators and pickers. - Storage processes and methodology. Requirements: - 3 years of experience in this position. - Experience managing personnel. Tools: - Advanced Microsoft Office skills. - Communication and leadership skills. - ERP system (SAI preferred).
