IMPORTANT FOOD INDUSTRY COMPANY IS SEEKING: Warehouse Supervisor Requirements: · Live near the area · 3 years of experience in the position Responsibilities: * A warehouse supervisor with experience in storage processes and food handling is required. * Monitor and ensure compliance with the Daily Loading and Unloading Schedule. * Ensure adherence to Good Hygiene Practices (GHP). * Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Supervise personnel specialized in forklift and overhead crane operations. * Manage personnel and incidents. * Inspect production equipment to ensure optimal operating conditions. * Supervise loading and unloading of FG (Finished Goods). * Supervise inventory levels and control of RM (Raw Materials). * Timely and effective reporting from the department. * Maintain order and cleanliness (5S methodology). * Optimize material usage. * Manage time efficiently. * Control materials. * Supervise personnel (minimum 15 people per shift) TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * Compliance with NOM-251-SSA-2009. * Familiarity with and ability to implement the guidelines outlined in NOM-251-SSA-2009. * Prior experience with FSSC 22000 and/or ISO-22000 is preferred.
