Job Summary: Coordinate and verify the receipt, storage, and picking of supplies and products, ensuring proper identification and integrity, and supervise assigned personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Essential forklift operation skills for warehouse operations. 2. Coordination of warehouse personnel and activities. 3. Verification and assurance of product integrity. FORKLIFT OPERATION ESSENTIAL MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION (MANDATORY) 1\) Verify that received supplies and products match the documentation provided by the customer, and confirm they are properly identified and in good condition. 3\) Assign designated locations for products and materials, ensuring their identification and integrity are maintained at all times. 4\) Coordinate assigned personnel to pick items for the production area based on internal production orders. 5\) Verify that finished products delivered by production are properly identified. 7\) Coordinate warehouse assistants’ activities to carry out corresponding product movements. 8\) Assign inventory counting tasks for cyclic and rotating inventories to assigned personnel and report results to the Inventory Supervisor. 12\) Ensure forklifts and pallet jacks are functioning properly; otherwise, notify the Maintenance Department and immediate supervisor. 13\) Comply with established cleaning schedules.
