We are currently seeking a highly competent, results-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations, including product receiving, storage, distribution, and dispatch. * Ensure efficient inventory control by counting and verifying inventory accuracy and making adjustments as necessary. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations. * Manage and supervise assigned personnel, motivating and developing employees to achieve established goals and objectives. * Prepare periodic reports on warehouse performance and propose improvements to optimize operational efficiency. * Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure fulfillment of product delivery requirements. Skills and Requirements: * Prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor. * Solid knowledge of inventory management, storage, and product distribution. * Ability to lead and motivate a work team. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-demand situations. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Committed to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
