Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator

Our Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper operation of the warehouse, guaranteeing inventory control, goods receipt, storage, and shipment, while complying with the company's established safety, quality, and productivity standards—both for raw material and finished goods warehouses. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily warehouse staff activities. * Lead and coordinate operational staff, assigning tasks and shifts. * Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness procedures. * Monitor physical and system-based inventories, performing cycle and full counts. * Verify correct goods receipt against purchase orders. * Ensure timely and accurate order preparation and shipment. * Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or variances. * Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and forklifts. * Prepare operational and performance reports (productivity, losses, cycle times). * Propose continuous improvements to warehouse processes. * Material billing process. * Knowledge of Oracle, ERP, SAP **Authority** * Coordinate warehouse staff activities. * Halt operations posing safety risks. * Recommend disciplinary actions or employee recognition. * Request supplies, tools, or equipment maintenance. **Education:** * Industrial Engineering, International Business, Commerce, or related field. **Experience:** * 5 years in warehouses or distribution centers. * At least 2 years leading operational staff. **Knowledge:** * Inventory control. * Warehouse and logistics processes. * ERP or WMS system usage. * Safety best practices and 5S methodology. * Basic Excel and reporting skills. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Organization and planning. * Decision-making. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Problem-solving.
