Description

Structural fabrication of equipment through layout, cutting, welding, and finishing as required, in accordance with provided drawings and specifications. Welding industrial structures made from all types of metallic profiles using proficient angle grinder operation, maintaining equipment and work area in excellent condition to join, fill, and cut metal parts timely and accurately. * Monitor equipment and metals being welded to prevent deformation, damage, or protect them from any potential threats. * Understand drawings before beginning welding, and determine the tools and techniques required for welding the metal to be processed. * Prepare the workplace to ensure equipment mobility and compliance with safety regulations. * Apply knowledge to identify and resolve problems arising during work activities. * Use necessary tools and techniques to melt and fuse two or more metal pieces. * Understand properties and characteristics of the metal type to be worked on during construction. * Perform layout, cutting, and welding of equipment according to provided drawings. * Identify materials, shapes, dimensions, and characteristics of the weld to be performed. * Inspect metal parts to verify absence of dents or other defects. * Interpret drawings and diagrams to produce specific orders requested. * Comply with infrastructure maintenance plans when required. * Perform assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of metallic structures. * Adhere to and comply with current regulatory requirements. * Use tools and equipment appropriately. * Comply with company cleanliness and ethics standards. * Meet required quality standards. * Equipment sizing and reinforcement. * Safeguard assigned materials and tools. * Adhere to established schedules. * Complete required forms. * Assemble structures and cylinders.
