They will ensure that the Quality Department receives the required supplies for analyzing manufactured products in accordance with established policies and procedures, under direct guidance and supervision, while adhering to all safety rules and regulations. In this role, they will operate and monitor the performance of supplies and release samples for products as well as raw materials. They will prepare inventory control reports for supplies and release samples and distribute them to the appropriate team members. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Ensure implementation of the laboratory’s housekeeping and cleaning program. * Support raw material analysis and evaluation to meet standards, including document verification and supplier verification against plant standards, with frequent guidance when required. * Collect and archive samples of supplied raw materials and distribute them for testing at external laboratories aligned with the plant’s quality policy. * Manage laboratory supply stock aligned with required quality and analytical performance continuity. * Ensure inventory control of supplies and release samples. * Receive relevant training and documentation—including procedures, standards, recommendations, and instructions—for performing general tasks in accordance with the plant’s quality policy. * Other assigned duties. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Minimum age of 18 years * Completed high school education or higher * Experience using a computer * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word * Ability to perform physical tasks safely—including bending, climbing up/down stairs, kneeling, stooping, or twisting—with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to work in elevated areas (1.20 meters or higher) * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present—using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts, with prior notice * Prior experience in industrial processes or laboratory settings preferred * Prior experience with inventory systems preferred At Cargill, we champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in our processes!
