VALIDATION SUPERVISOR

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the validated and qualified maintenance of facilities, managing documentation and supplies, and supervising personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the issuance and updating of the master validation plan 2. Ensure compliance with the current NOM-059-SSA01 3. Supervise activities and performance of personnel under supervision \*Issue and update the master validation plan \*Ensure validated/qualified maintenance of facilities \*Review qualification and validation protocols and reports for equipment, systems, processes, suppliers, and generally all documentation issued by the department. \*Manage procurement of supplies and services to ensure proper departmental operation. \*Supervise activities and proper performance of personnel under supervision \*Compile and track improvement actions. \*Ensure adherence to guidelines established in the current NOM\-059\-SSA01, manufacturing process validation, equipment qualification, cleaning validation, instrument calibration, critical system qualification, and area qualification. Other Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry (QFB), Industrial Chemistry (IQ), Food Chemistry (QF), Industrial Chemistry (IQ), Industrial Microbiology (QI), or related field. Knowledge of statistics and manufacturing process validation.
