RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure proper operation of the unit even in the manager’s absence. * Support achievement of KPIs. * Follow up on staff training. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and branch cleanliness. * Guarantee full customer satisfaction by maintaining food and service quality. * Provide support and solutions for complaints and/or unforeseen incidents during operations. * Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve their performance and productivity. * Implement sales proposals to increase average ticket value. * Comply with instructions from Segment Managers, Coordinators, and Operations Management.
