




Position Summary: Provide in-store operational support for sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service to meet operational and commercial performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in meeting operational and commercial performance indicators 2. Arrange and display merchandise on the sales floor 3. Serve customers and process cash register transactions Provide support for in-store floor operational activities by executing relevant operational processes related to sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to achieve the assigned store’s operational and commercial performance indicators. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, excess inventory, and trucks in accordance with applicable arrangement guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper “fronting” and labeling to classify merchandise, and participate in store opening and closing tasks, as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor, to ensure accurate merchandise arrangement and store presentation. * Provide customer service by clarifying inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, function, and pricing, thereby delivering excellent service reflected in successful point-of-sale transactions; handle customer phone calls to address questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions involving cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in compliance with the cash register payment policy to ensure effective payment collection and point-of-sale transaction completion. * High school diploma or equivalent * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
