Responsibilities: * Supervise that room cleaning is performed according to schedule and standards. * Participate in the ongoing training and evaluation of room cleaning processes with housekeepers (existing and new hires). * Address immediate staff needs, such as supplying work materials, reporting damages and defects, and handling any emergencies arising in rooms that may affect guest comfort. * Verify and report proper functioning of facilities. * Verify daily work assignments according to shift and property. * Conduct monthly inventories of linens and room accessories. Skills and/or Knowledge: * Teamwork and personnel management * Problem resolution * Customer service * Tolerance and ability to work under pressure * Detailed cleaning supervision Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in this role within the hospitality industry.
