Position: Sandwich Shop Leader (SSH Leader)
**Reports to:** Sandwich Shop Manager (SSH Manager)
**Salary:** $14,000 gross monthly \+ $3,000 gross KPI bonus \+ average weekly tips of $1,500
**Schedule:** Rotating shifts from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
**Days off:** Rotating between Monday and Wednesday
**Location:** Pedregal, CDMX
**Team supervised:** Kitchen Crew & Service Crew (Kitchen Crew \& Service Crew)
Position Objective
Ensure the daily operation of the branch complies with quality, service, and food safety standards, delivering a consistent and satisfying experience to every customer. Lead the operational team to achieve business goals, strengthen internal culture, and support brand growth and positioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction
* Verify compliance with recipes, processes, and standards through daily inspections, line checks, and tastings.
* Supervise daily operations to ensure order, efficiency, and speed of service.
* Monitor delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, Rappi), responding to customer feedback, requests, and clarifications.
* Ensure adherence to cleaning, hygiene, safety, and sanitary regulations.
* Share customer satisfaction results and received feedback with the team.
* Promptly address and resolve complaints, suggestions, or special incidents.
* Coordinate promotions, activations, and events to reinforce branch and brand presence.
2. Operational Leadership and Team Management
* Supervise cash handling, cash counts, and end-of-day closures, as well as weekly tip reporting and control for relevant departments.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the team to meet service, quality, and productivity goals.
* Assign duties, monitor attendance, schedules, and leave requests, verifying compliance with personal appearance and uniform policies.
* Conduct performance evaluations and confirm staff proficiency in operational procedures.
3. Operational Administration and Control
* Create shift schedules and coordinate daily operations using systems such as Revel.
* Manage orders, daily requisitions, monthly inventory, and input quality control.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance services, as well as pest control programs.
* Prepare and present reports for operational meetings and follow-up sessions.

Requirements
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Tourism Business Administration, or related field (technical high school diploma accepted with verifiable experience).
* **Experience:** 2–3 years in operational leadership roles within restaurants, fast-food establishments, or multi-unit models.
* **Language:** Basic English.
* **Knowledge:** Hygienic food handling, recipe standardization, and operations under franchise or multi-unit frameworks.
* **Tools:** Office 365, delivery platforms, and point-of-sale systems such as Revel.
