Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant for handling and compacting cardboard and plastic film, as well as arranging bales and cleaning the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for maintaining the work area ### **Operations Assistant** ### **Walmart at the Santa Barbara Distribution Center (CEDIS)** ### **As a Cardboard Compactor Operator** ### **Responsibilities:** * Loading cardboard and plastic film into the compactor * Arranging cardboard bales * Cleaning and organizing the work area ### **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of **$10,200** * Weekly payments * No delay week or fund. * **5%** salary bonus for night shifts \* **8%** bonus for outdoor work * **All statutory benefits:** * Social security * INFONAVIT * 12 vacation days in the first year. \*\*Vacation premium * Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo). * Lockers * Subsidized cafeteria * Weekly transportation allowance of **$300** * **Shift schedule: Covers rest days from Saturday to Tuesday, covering all three shifts plus rest days: 6:00am \- 2:00pm, 2:00pm \- 10:00pm, 10:00pm \- 6:00am; Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday fixed shift from 8:00am to 4:00pm**
