Branch Assistant You will serve as the primary ambassador for Station members and prospects aiming to become members. The main objective of this position is to generate new sales by implementing automated commercial strategies and delivering customer service aimed at providing a memorable experience. **We Offer:** * $11,124 gross monthly \+ Bonuses * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Birthday day off * Ongoing training * Excellent work environment * Full and free access to all our facilities **Requirements:** * Gender: Indifferent * Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred) * At least 1 year of sales experience. * Fitness industry experience preferred. * At least 1 year of customer attention and service experience. * Skills and competencies: Communication, teamwork, service orientation, results-driven mindset, follow-up and control. **Responsibilities:** * Know and execute the strategies defined by the Offline Sales team. * Carry out offline and online campaigns—including events, in-branch promotions, and others—to align with period objectives and meet established targets. * Understand sales metrics such as membership performance, average ticket, conversion rate, etc., to identify improvements and growth opportunities. * Monitor and track sales (proper CRM usage). * Sell additional products and services. * Process enrollments. * Manage appropriate actions to retain and foster customer loyalty. * Organize and train the branch team to promote customer loyalty. * Coordinate the sale of complementary products and services to increase the average ticket. * Engage customers to understand their interests and tailor offered services accordingly. * Build lasting relationships with customers and maintain effective communication to encourage loyalty. * Ensure a high level of customer service at the branch, guaranteeing an exceptional purchasing experience. * Execute marketing-defined campaigns to generate interest in the Station brand and its services. * Send marketing campaigns to Leads via WhatsApp to generate prospect interest and/or drive purchase action. * Register Leads entering the branch. * Supervise branch areas daily. * Ensure facilities are clean and in good condition. * Report any situations requiring preventive and/or reactive maintenance. * Follow up to ensure requested reports are addressed and resolved within scheduled timelines. * Manage maintenance and cleaning incidents for the branch and equipment. * Verify that weekly/biweekly/monthly class schedules are in place. * Comply with and enforce branch rules and regulations to ensure proper branch management. * Carry out corresponding operational processes to ensure compliance and standardization across all branches. * Guarantee control and proper use of equipment assigned to the branch. * Supervise that technological systems and tools function properly; report failures accordingly. **Schedules:** * Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 \- 2 Saturdays per month, 10:00–14:00 Hrs.
