Job Summary: Ensure the quality of manufactured products by inspecting raw materials and finished goods, recording defects, and managing non-conforming products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product inspection and defect recording. 2. Non-conforming product management and tracking. 3. Staff training and compliance with quality standards. Ensure that manufactured products meet established quality standards through proper inspection of raw materials and finished goods. Main Responsibilities: * Inspect products according to specifications outlined in the defect catalog. * Record abnormalities and detected defects, and document corresponding action plans. * Maintain inspection records and measurement data, including the quantity of non-conforming products. * Release or reassign retained products—or dispose of them (as applicable)—in accordance with food safety and quality criteria defined by the Quality Department. * Non-conforming product management and tracking. * Train staff on product defects. * Comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, order, and cleanliness in production and common areas.
